Yoga We offer classes for special groups or teams. The yoga practice will be geared towards the needs of the group.

Power Yoga for Core Strength

This power yoga class focuses on developing the midsection and back. All levels. Yoga

Power Yoga Restorative

This 60 minute flowing form of yoga will help you clarify, relax, focus and concentrate. It’s not always about physical difficulty, but the degree of quietness, gentleness and sensitivity. Make it powerful by honoring what you’re feeling and experiencing. All levels are accommodated in this class. Beginner and teen friendly.

Long & Lean Power Yoga

Develop long and lean muscles with this empowering yoga class! Poses are held longer to give time for a deeper release. Establish the mind-body connection with this mental and emotional challenge. At times, you may want to jump out of a pose but hang in there! Be patient, breathe and discover! Intermediate.

Power Yoga

This power yoga class balances flexibility, strength and flow. All levels welcome.

Restore and Renew Power Yoga

This power yoga class combines a challenging asana practice and meditation to rinse out tensions from the week. You will leave feeling relaxed and restored ready to open your heart and mind to new possibilities. All Levels.

Therapeutic Yoga

This yoga class is designed to calm the mind and soothe chronic knee, hip, back or neck issues. Great for rehabilitation and stress reduction. Focus is on alignment and adaptation to meet the needs of each person. Relax, restore, and renew with the power of yoga! All levels welcome.

Note:  It is suggested to have the approval of a physician before starting in this therapeutic yoga program.
